All documents for the goods are given to you upon delivery. The cost indicated in the documents is not adjusted, and the courier has no right to change it. Please check with the manager for all information regarding the product before paying for the order. The duties of couriers do not include providing advice or any other services regarding the goods. Carefully check the list of delivered goods, as well as their quality and the absence of defects in the goods. If upon delivery there are no complaints regarding the quality of the goods, no further complaints or claims will be accepted or considered.

Exchange/return of goods of good quality
According to the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, the consumer has the right, within fourteen days, not counting the day of purchase, to exchange/return a non-food product of proper quality if the product does not satisfy him in shape or size , style, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept exchanges or returns of dresses brought by us for your individual order.
Exchange/return of goods of good quality is carried outif ithas not been used (complete absence of odors of perfumes, cosmetics, sweat secretions, as well as traces of use or outside interference (for example, an attempt at repair)), and if its presentation is preserved, completeness, consumer properties, seals, labels (presence of original product tag (manufacturer’s cardboard tag on a clip or nylon thread), factory packaging < /b>(manufacturer’s product pack)), as well as a payment document issued to the consumer along with the goods sold.
If at the time of making a request to exchange a product there is no similar product for replacement in the store, the buyer has the right to: buy any product from the store’s assortment (with recalculation of the cost); exchange the product for a similar one the first time the desired product goes on sale; return the product and receive a refund equal to the cost of the returned product.
The cost of transport services when returning/exchanging goods of good quality is paid by the buyer.
Returning goods of inadequate quality
You have the right to return goods of inadequate quality (defective goods or goods with defects). You can also return the product if our store made an error (mismatch in size, color, etc., as well as incorrect order packaging).
Carefully check the quality and absence of defects on the goods with the courier. If upon delivery there are no complaints regarding the quality of the goods (that is, you confirm that the goods have arrived to you of proper quality), subsequently no complaints or claims regarding the quality of the goods will be accepted or considered.
If goods are returned of inadequate quality (in cases of defective or packing errors), the store is financially responsible for paying for all transport services.

Before sending, please call us back first, the manager will provide the details for sending the return. After sending, please tell us by phone the number of the consignment note.
Important! We will not be able to receive a refund if the package has the status “cash on delivery” or “shipment at the expense of the recipient.”
